Tracey Jean Schlangen, APRN

Tracey Schlangen is an advanced registered nurse practitioner of family practice who joined the medical staff of RHSHC in May of 2014.

Tracey was born and raised in Cresco, has three children, and had been working as a nurse at the Patty Elwood Center for the past ten years. She completed her nurse practitioner degree at Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa and is very excited about starting her new practice in her home town.

Tracey is looking forward to seeing the entire spectrum of patients that family medicine has to offer at both the Cresco and Lime Springs Medical Clinics.
