On April 19, MercyOne announced an agreement with Trinity Health to become the single parent of MercyOne. MercyOne has operated under two parent organizations, Trinity Health and CommonSpirit Health, since 1998, and this announcement will allow continued growth and unity for MercyOne. MercyOne's name and logo will remain.

Please know this does not have any impact on Franklin General Hospital, and there are no changes to our affiliate relationship with MercyOne as part of this announcement.
