Cardiac Rehabilitation

Franklin General Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Services offers a broad range of services for people on their way to recovery. From Phase II to the Step Ahead program, cardiac rehabilitation provides individualized treatment plans to rebuild or develop the skills needed in home, social, and work environments. Individuals are generally referred to rehabilitation services by their cardiologist, so please remember to ask for FGH Rehabilitation Services.
