We are incredibly proud to be able to share with you the results from our Patient Satisfaction Survey and want you to take a look for yourself.

We want to encourage all who receive care at HCHS to participate in our patient survey, which is conducted by Press Ganey, Inc. Your feedback is valued and helps us further enhance our processes and care.

The HCAHPS survey allows consumers to make fair and objective comparisons between hospitals. This data along with quality data is reported in greater detail at the Hospital Compare website and is periodically updated. This website, provided by Medicare, allows you to compare our organization against others throughout the nation.
