Blood Pressure Clinics
Having your blood pressure checked on a regular basis is an important part of staying healthy.
It is important for you to know what your blood pressure numbers are.
There are two numbers in a blood pressure reading:
- The top number refers to how hard it is for your heart to pump the blood around your body.
- The bottom number refers to how well your heart gets to rest in between beats.
Your blood pressure numbers should be less than or equal to 120/80
Hancock County Health System - Community Health offers free blood pressure clinics monthly at sites around the county.
