Surgical Department
Our surgical department consists of seven Ambulatory Surgery Unit (ASU) bays; an Endoscopy suite; two Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) bays where our patients can recover post surgery in a closely monitored environment; and two operating rooms.
UV Light Disinfection
| Our surgery team regularly utilizes UV light disinfection in our surgical areas to optimize operating room cleanliness. UV light disinfection involves the use of ultraviolet light to kill germs on a larger scale, sterilizing hard to reach areas. This process does not replace traditional cleaning methods but instead is used in addition to other techniques to sterilize rooms more effectively. |
